Reno Primary Election Results: City Council Candidates

Primary voters in South Reno and the North Valleys will choose the two candidates who will face off in November for the City Council seats in Wards 2 and 4.

The Reno Gazette Journal will update this story throughout the day as election results become available.

Check back for updates, as results will start rolling in after the last polling locations in Nevada close.

What there is to know

Incumbent Naomi Duerr is challenged by Tyler Hinman and Jay Kenny in Ward 2, while incumbent Bonnie Weber takes on first-time contestants Meghan Ebert and Dennis Owen. The races are non-partisan, so anyone from any party can vote if they are in the correct geographic area.

The top two voters from each primary race will meet again for the general election in November.
