According to Milwaukee Public Theatre, the All-City People’s Parade and Pageant is “A parade unlike anything Milwaukee has ever seen will burst into the summer Saturday, August 8 in Washington Park. The All-City People’s Parade and Pageant features giant hand-crafted masks, puppets, wacky costumes, offbeat marching bands, people-powered floats and regular citizens celebrating Milwaukee’s hopes, fears, and ultimate sense of community.”
While Milwaukee County First is not directly involved with this, we need to remember that things happening in the city effect the surrounding county and the region. Besides, this should be a fun and very unique event. Here is the parade route map. (PDF, 192K)
We hope to see you there!
